Inviting lemonade aroma draws you in. The flavor is yeasty at first, but is predominately lemon and then spices after that. It is a bit thin, but otherwise an extremely drinkable summertime wheat ale. Well done. imdownthepub (5178), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England

Mine was as clear as a bell. sticky yeast clung to the bottom of the bottle and refused to budge. Nice spicey and rounded flavour, dry clear flavour with great zingy hops. A very good British version of wheat beer.

Even better than last time, for a low abv beer this packs a surprising amount of flavour. Beautiful light hoppiness with a full spicey malt.

My second cracking O’Hanlons beer in a week following the Port Stout. Cloudy gold with thin white head. Lemon, cereal and well chosen hops on the aroma. Good in mouth, not overly fizzy, good depth of flavour. Nicely fragrant on the end. Touch of peachy fruit too. Good wheat beer. MrRoss (617), Delta, British Columbia, Canada

The head was substantial, foamy and white. Aroma was of grass and also was tart. Taste was sharp and bitter for a wheat, but sweetened up in the aftertaste. Quite a different wheat beer than I’m used to; liked it! JPDIPSO (4935), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA

Starts with somewhat bitter hops, and then to a citric light wheat and malt flavor. Finish is somewhat dry, but but has a touch of sweet malt to bring it all together. I've never had a APW (American Pale Wheat) before, but I sure wish this is the way that they would brew one in the States; instead of the insipid "cream of wheat" drivel. While I have not been a fan of the brews from this brewery, this one is outstanding. Note to Ernesto... I think it is more Druideckii (sp?) then Bret. in the yeast profile. jsquire (2123), St. Marys, Ohio, USA

Tastes of orange peel, pine, clove and an almost mint herbal flavor. The hops in the finish impart more of a grapefruit bitterness. Very nice beer, especially in the American wheat style. Thanks to PsychProf for the recommendation. Oakes (8142), Kowloon, Hong Kong

flavourful - a standout amongst American-style wheats.

Pours light orange with a big fluffy white head. Not at all like a German wheat, more like an American pale ale. Mildly citrusy and moderately hopped, this goes down well. Very good. Available in Georgia of all places.
