Bottle as picture. Poured into a half pinter. First beer I’ve had that blew out straight head. nO liquid to be had and spilled over. jaysus its a gusher when added to the glass. That happened again and again with each new pour. Head is massive Frothy and creme thick like. Amber clad colour. Well balance look with yeasties coming through at the end. Sweet floral nose with mild warm fruits. Taste is slight bitter malt, dry, floral and somewhat fruity...not juicy fruity, but decent, enjoyable fruity. Very well balance and enjoyable. I could sit down for 6 of these if they werent so damned expensive.

Bottle conditioned. Clear darkish brown colour with a slim off-white head. Aroma is malty and big floral hops plus some citrus fruit in the background. Nice mix of malt, hops and fruit in the taste. Medium bodied, lively mouthfeel. Well balanced and interesting. Very good.

500ml - Best Before 022805 (Secret Santa cousin Rich) - Aroma is floral hops, citrus, and carmel malt. Pours copper with a huge head and great lacing. Flavor is a bit bland, more malt than hops, but the hops are still there. Palate is flat and watery. This one was still drinkable but I wonder what a freshy would score...
