| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 11, 2008 Copper in colour with a creamy white coloured head, good retention and excellent lacing. The aroma is of caramel malts, light citrus, biscuits and floral hops. The flavour is very light, some light citrus hops, light caramel sweetness, various fruits. Very lightly bitter mouthfeel, light body, medium carbonation. Finishes thin, bitterness starts to pick up, lightly sweet, lingering.
Sort of lackluster, lightly bitter, starts off slow but it picks up in the finish.

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 13, 2008 A nice ending to International Beerfest in the Poconos. It’s a mid-dark amber, with acceptable head. It’s aroma is malt and hop. It flavor really shines with malt and hop excellently balanced. It has some bitter, but not enough to turn anybody off. It’s a great drinking brew.
