The head was substantial, foamy and white. Aroma was of grass and also was tart. Taste was sharp and bitter for a wheat, but sweetened up in the aftertaste. Quite a different wheat beer than I’m used to; liked it! Quack-Duck (3129), Bodensee/Schwarzwald, Germany Jul 10, 2009 bottle, bought somewhere deep in rural Devon.
