Dec 20, 2003 Aroma is pretty weak, and the taste comes off skunky. You get used to it after awhile, but I would not recommend this beer.

Oct 7, 2003 smells lightly of alcohol. and pours pale yellow with a big detergent like white head that leaves no lace. tastes of sickly honey. not worth having twice.

May 6, 2003 skunky aroma. Pours golden yellow, high carbonation, mid-range head. Low malt, palate thin. Honey Blond? This is marketed under the "Bavarian purity law" so I can't figure that out. Finish is flat and dull. Another weak effort from a snooze-fest brewery.

Feb 12, 2003 Not bad, blond ales tend to be watery and flavourless, at least in my opinion but I did notice a little honey in this beer. Bad head, and aroma but decent easy going summer beer for the porch.
