Jun 20, 2007 Bottled at Københavnske Øldage. Clear, a bit pale golden body, and a small white head. It has a nice, fruity aroma with piney and citrusy hops. The flavor is much the same, but with an added touch of lime. Quite bitter finish. Medium body. A refreshing beer, but I would like more malt to balance it. (070511)

May 29, 2007 CBF07 sample from bottle. Pours yellow clear with a lacing white head. Aroma of soft malt and slight fruity, not really sweet. Flavour is fruity, dry malty going into a rather dry finish.
