A good IPA but not amongst the best. I was perhaps expecting a bit much(see rating on Okells aile) But still it is enjoyable. Maria (6286), Thisted, Denmark

The aroma has notes of malt, fruit, citrus and the flavour is fruity, citrussy with a little maltiness and a nice, dry bitterness. It’s not an overwhelming IPA, but very British. 2152 jerohen (1615), Bussum, Netherlands

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 11, 2007 Very clear golden brew, well-carbonated, with just off-white head. Toasted, or pre-sliced bread; warm malts, then fresh garden herbs and lunaria . In the taste, first a dull, sweet impression, alleviated by some grassy hopsflavour, but qutie subdued, a bit dull after all. Toasted again too. Medium bodied, ending a bit empty. Okells must be the only brewery in my knowledge, managing to make a wheatbeer that is more interesting than their IPA! Hugh (129), Breda, Netherlands
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 29, 2007 Golden ale, pleasing zingy hops here, but not as strong or as highly hopped as I think an IPA should be. The flavour had the character of a cask ale, usually absent in bottled British ales. bierkoning (6077), La Tropica, Netherlands
