Looks like a lager, with a huge white head. Aroma lagery, but the taste is a bit more bitter. It’s a bit unbalanced and dirty, with a medium-length finish.

Apple-berry wheat malt aroma. Golden yellow color with giant white head and mild effervescence. Light honey malt and strong grassy hops finish. Nicely hoppy.

(Stockholm Beer Festival 2007)’ Pale golden and a white head. This is not good. It´s little synthetic. Soap and perfume in the aroma.

(Stockholm Beer Festival 2007) Bottle. Pale golden, small white head. SOap and perfume aroma. Quite strange flavor. Not a good beer in my opinion.

Clear gold with huge, off-white head, very finely lacing. VERY nice nose with hops, lunaria , kafir leaf, wheat and grain sheaf, hay. Again a very fresh, hoppy (my guess are the NZL hops...); just bitter main taste, perfumey, and a soft, mineral water with sweetness and some salt. Light bodied, but nowhere empty - mineral water quality. Definitely one of the BEST wheatbeers I’ve ever tasted.

Bottle 0,5ltr: Golden hazy brew from the Isle of Man with a great citrus taste and tintling on tongue experience. If you don’t no better you think this came from Belgium.

Tasted alongside Okells IPA, this beer was clearly a greater achievement. Grapefruit/lemon character from an unusual hop combination. Filtered, but with cask character. Being more used to Belgian witbier, I couldn’t really detect the wheat, but there again, I can’t in Hop Back Thunderstorm.

Lemon, flowers and chalk in the aroma. Lemongrass flavor, well at least a grassy hopcharacter with lemon. Solid hoppy aftertaste. Well made witbier with a distinct character.
