From cask at the Society Room. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Light malty and caramelish aroma. Flavour is light roasted with a light diacetyl note and slight bitter. Light bitter and mild malty finish with a vague acidic touch.

[cask handpull at Monk’s Retreat, Reading] Pale gold, slight carbonation, slight white head. Tastes mainly of straw dust, with a slight dirty bitterness. Some banana sweetness comes through. Leaves a slightly greasy mouthfeel. OK but rather forgettable. c3

Cask conditioned - handpump - The Globe Leicester. A golden coloured beer with a sparkled white head. The aroma has fruit and nice aromatic citrus hops together with a little wheatiness. The taste has crunchy wheat charcteristics, and sharpish citrus hops. Spicy in a way and decent.
