Cask conditioned at The Golden Lion, York. Served at correct temperature. Golden colour. Creamy head, nice lacing. Moderate wheaty and citrussy aroma. Pleasant wheaty and lemony / grapefruity flavour, soft mouthfeel, refreshing.

A Mes rate: Cask at the Volly. Very wheaty with some dusty old hops. Fruity and citric. And yup. Boring.

An interesting and mysterious Manx beer this. Manx cats don’t have tales, which is strange and Manx people are fairly backward and inbred. However, this ale is pretty nice. A spirited effort at a Wheat Beer, though I agree with the comments below that it is a tad watery. Fairly dry with citrus aftertastes - not bad at all!

Look at the mix of hops here, you would expect a seriously hoppy beast. However the aroma gives a strange kind of heather almost limeness, with some kind of nutty caramel running around. Taste is similkar though thinner, a strange beer but i like strange beers.

Casked. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruitish and flowery hops. Flavour is quite watery, hoppy and flowery. Slight hints of caramel. Quite pleasant in cask also.

(Stockholm Beer Festival 2006) Amber, small head. Hoppy grassy and metallic aroma, some hay. Dry hoppy flavor with citrus and some sweeter notes. Quite bitter finish.

[Cask at Stockholm Beer Festival] Clear golden. Concentrated hay aroma. Soft and medium bodied. Malt is there to support and lay a soft foundation, but hops make up most of the flavour - hay is dominant. Medium bitterness.

May 07 Cask conditioned @ Humble Plumb, Soton. Not so hoppy today with more fruity malt and yeast flavours. 3.1
June 06 Gravity cask @ Southampton Beer Festival 06. Grassy citric hops. Clean malts. Refrshing with a crisp bitter finish. 3.4
