Okocim Jasne (Light)

A slightly milky, golden beer with a hint of grass. It is quite smooth (almost creamy). Enjoyed this is Krakow with pierogi ruski, borsch and golabki. Probably wouldn’t drink it again.

Near golden color with a tall somewhat fluffy of white head. Light malt and resin aroma. Fairly harsh malt and alcohol flavors for the stated 5.5%. Near sour nut type flavors. Interesting for a "light" beer. Actually seem to gain flavors as it warms, quite unusual for a this style. Losses the sourness and has a dry roasted nut flavor and finish. the longer more I drink the more I like this one. Interesting indeed.

Lighter version that Jasne Pelne (Full Light), refreshing, very drinkable. Despite that this is Light version still kept all the good stuff, just less alc.
