Rare for me not to finish a bottle. Another beer for people who don’t like the taste of beer. LordBeamish (144), Boozetown, Ontario, Canada

This beer is nowhere near as good as a Tyskie, however, I did not find it to be totally offensive. Poured a nice gold colour witha very thin white head. Grainy/grassy aroma. Tasted thin, yet refreshing. Not a lot going on to be sure. Finish is a little on the weird side. A sweet, unbalanced malty flavour lingers just enough to make me uncomfortable. Honestly, it was hard to drink this one. Very weak lager & the quickly disappearing thin white head was the sign of things to come. This is all grain with no hops, b-o-r-i-n-g. The malts aren’t even solid enough to bring any foundation to this. Compares to bad cider watered down. No body, no flavour to speak of either up front in mouth or finish. Give me a Tyskie any day over this. Want to know why pale lagers get roasted on this site? This is why. krysztofar (344), belleville, Illinois, USA

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | May 1, 2007 Bottle. Poured a small white semi-fizzy head that mostly diminished, very little lacing, fast-rising carbonation, transparent, and a yellow hue. Nose was malty and lightly hoppy. The taste was lightly bitter, malty and lightly hoppy. Smooth mouthfeel. Medium body. Not one that I’ll drink again. BREWMUSKCLES (1078), New Jersey, USA

| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/20 | Apr 22, 2007 Aroma of straw and grass, with sweet notes of malts. The colour is a golden yellow with a spotty fizzy head. The flavor is way too sweet, lots of malts, non existant hops. Carbonation decent, the beer atleast isn’t too watery. Not a very good beer. cgarvieuk (4198), Edinburgh, Scotland
