500 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a clear gold with decent white head; modest retention. Sweet malt and grass in the nose. Taste starts with sweet malt and dry, grassy hops but gives way to a stronger sweet alcohol kick. Syrupy mouthfeel. Nothing special.

500 ml bottle from the LCBO. pours golden with a white cap that laces nicely. aroma is minimal but has some grassy hop elements. clean mineral pale palt flavour with late hops presents. easy to drink, clean, nice lager for the colder months. i like the hop profile on this one too.

500 ml bottle from LCBO, served cold in a Scotch Irish taster glass. BB 12.06.10.

App.: Clear medium golden with a small white head. Aroma: Dirty malt, not very nice, a little fruitiness, a touch of earthy malt. Palate: Medium body and carbonation. Flav.: Lightly fruity caramel/toffee maltiness, much better than the nose, some lighter biscuit malt, no real hop presence, actually decent to drink; dry with a little bitterness.

It’s like Oka cheese...if you can get past the smell, you are rewarded.

Bottle. Basic bland sweet grainy malt aroma. A whiff of spicy hops. Pours crystal clear golden with a thin wispy white head. Light flavor with a hint of grassy hops and a slight cloying sweet finish. Light body, little lingering flavor, highly carbonated.
