This beer did a pretty good job at covering up the alcohol I thought, but other then its ABV there isn’t much else to discuss I feel.

Pours a deep golden yellow with a very thin white head. Aroma of a tin can. Flavour is very malt sweet, like boarder line malt liquor, reminds me of maximum ice. Finish is long and malty, with some sourness.

50 cL bottle. Pours deep golden orange, clear, with a dense white head. Sweet malt aroma with hints of corn and cereal. A faint note of raisin sweetness too. Medium bodied, soft. Flavour is sweet malty with a quickly appearing alcohol note. Finish continues with the soft malt flavours before a more alcohol dense note takes over and gives a warming finish.

Bottle: Poured crystal clear and golden, active with rapidly firing carbonation and a thin white top. The aroma is clean, very starchy and grainy. Despite the light appearance, this starts delivering a warming glow right away, with a full-bodied malt base. The moderately high alcohol is evident to be sure, but not in an obtuse way. This drinks quite easily, without any offendingly skunky biscuity-ness or grainy edge. Decent strong lager. Serve alongside your favorite kielbasa and onions. (#3119, 10/1/2007)

Solid unexceptional brew...starts off with a interesting port nose, but then tastes like a better version of a malt liqour

Uggh. Gotta get over the initial skunk aroma - and then it’s watery like US mega brewers. "Strong" lager? More like they added the malt to make it strong, and only pale lager came out.

Bottle sampled. Pours pale golden with a short white head. Aroma of citrus, hops, and pale malts. The flavor is grain, citrus, with a mild bitterness. This brew hides its alcohol well, but is nothing to write home about.
