Very grassy aroma, with a bit of something... tangy. . . at the end. Quite sweet. Just a hint of the alcohol at the end. Both sweetness and alcohol taste increase as the beer warms. Not really much else going on. berkshirejohn (1831), Bracknell, Berkshire, England
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Sep 10, 2006 Drank this immediately after the standard Okocim Beer - lighter colour, and longer lasting head. Still little aroma, not as sweet, alcohol very obvious. Fuller aftertaste with some hops. highlandlad (1278), Sydney, Australia
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Sep 4, 2006 Bland, drinkable European strong lager. A fair choice if you like your alcohol unimpeded by distractions like aroma or flavour. Mocne has the rich golden body of a typical European strong and poured with a short, quick-diminishing head. The aroma is sweet and sticky with sugars, plus corn, corn and corn. Medium bodied and quite oily, presumably due to the gravity. Aided by moderate carbonation. Clean tasting, which is another way of saying it has little flavour beyond fusel alcohol, sugar and an unpleasant graininess. Faint hoppy buzz in a warming swallow. Too spiritous in the finish for my palate. Like being beaten over the head with a bottle of hooch. Aroma is cereal - Cheerios, to be precise - and some grassy notes. Flavor is bready, with some alcohol heat. Clean finish. Saarlander (1583), Rancho Cucamonga, California, USA

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Aug 14, 2006 Golden orange with a short lived head. Some grainy malt and a little metallic hops. Tastes quite sweet, but not as cloying as some other lagers tend to be. The alcohol is generally well contained, especially considering there isn’t too much to hide behind. Seems like it’s just an attempt to squeeze more alcohol into a plain lager without providing anything else extra. Magicdave6 (5558), London, Greater London, England
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Aug 10, 2006 Aroma is sweet malts with alcohol and a bit of corn. Taste is too carbonated though realitivily easy to drink for something so alcoholic.
