| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 19, 2006 500ml bottle. Pours a clear flaxen gold with whispy white head that leaves moderate lacing. Aroma is, unfortunately, skunked with underlying sugary-sweet malt notes that probably would have been nice had they not been contending with skunk ass for the attention of my olfactory receptors. Flavor is the same -- sweet honey-sugary malt, medium-high hop bitterness and notable skunk. Decent tingly & creamy palate. One can sense this would have been a pretty OK beer (though not a great one) had it been fresh. Maybe it’s not fair to rate a beer that is past its prime, but I gotta go with what my tastebuds are telling me about this particular sample. JensenTaster (1587), Denmark

Well to me this was just a stronger pale lager, Fizzy, yellow beer. MarkoR (224), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 1, 2006 Bottle courtesy of tupalev. Pours a nice looking clear gold with an average size somewhat-lasting white head. Sweet aroma of grain, honey and a touch of alcohol. Flavour follows the aroma with some added hops. Full bodied. It’s a touch too sweet but it’s one of the better European Lagers. Choos (504), Taylors Hill, Australia
