Jun 17, 2005 (bottle) Deep golden to pale amber colour with a medium frothy white head, slowly lacing. Grainy sweet malty nose with hints of alcohol and honey when it´s geting warmer. Not a well-rounded but quite rounded brew. Good balance between sweetness and bitterness in connection with a nice alcoholic body. Sweet malty taste with an underlying fruitiness of overripe grapefruits and a slightly warming sweetbitter finish.

Jun 15, 2005 Can. Golden colour with a big white head. Light malty grainy hoppy aroma and a sweet light hoppy light alcoholic taste. Medium body and a sweet light alcoholic finish.

Apr 28, 2005 "Make mine mocne!" is what I often say... along with a lot of other odd things after imbibing a few European strong lagers. As they go, this wasn’t too bad, golden with steady carbonation and a frothy white head. The aroma was a slightly off, grainy scent. The flavor was a sweet, yet toasty, malt with a bitter, metallic finish. I’ll take this over most pale lagers. Make mine mocne!

Apr 26, 2005 bottle. golden body, small white head. grassy and grainy malt aroma and some mild hops. light body, grainy biscuit malt flavour. a little sweetness in the finish. low carbonation. it’s actually pretty decent. well masked 7% alcohol.

Apr 1, 2005 I quite liked this much beaten upon beer. I am usually a sucker for strong European Lagers anyway and this one did not dispappoint. Lots of good alcohol kick and some great fake malt character. I bet it would taste great ona Warsaw street corner.

Mar 24, 2005 Forthy white head over an orange body. Aroma is sweet with notes of malt, grass, hops. Medium bodied. Some pleasant hoppiness to the taste but overall a forgettable beer.

Feb 27, 2005 Deep golden colour with big foamy head that rapidly dissipates. Aroma is strongly malty. Flavour is a real disappointment. Sour malt and heavily laden with alcohol. This is like a Polish copy of Carlsberg’s Elephant.

Feb 16, 2005 Better than expected for an import from LCBO. The skunky smell was very subdued. Nice head, decent color, kinda straw, light copper color. Smooth taste, not harsh at all for 7.8%. Very malty taste and feel, not enough fine european hops in this one. Cheers!
