Malty, medium bodied lager rather on sweeter side. Weak hop character. Plain, clean. Thanks Doug. mds (2112), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Golden yellow with a tiny white head. Aroma is malty with some vague fruity notes. Flavour is quite sweet and bland. It’s OK (heh!), inoffensive but nothing special. tupalev (2617), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada

Yellow, no head. Bland light malt taste, light hops at the end. Compared to the pils I had right before this, this was bland and forgettable. Cleaned the palette though! | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Jul 1, 2006 Bottle (500ml). Shared with GregClow, tupalev, DougShoemaker, mds, Radek and others - DougShoemaker’s bottle. Clear bright gold with a small white head. Aroma is very sweet, honey and fruit, light sweet grain, even a bit of spice, but mild and pretty characterless. Taste of sweet cereal grain and stale papery hops, it’s actually a bit funky, and nowhere near as sweet as the aroma. Mouthfeel is ... well nothing much, really - maybe a little flat. I only took away "sweet" and "ehh" from this. DerWeg (762), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jun 29, 2006 Less than OK actually... the LC version was labelled Export (assuming Polish tastes would reject it?) and it was a chore to finish 500 ml, being rather macro-like in the mouth feel. Not undrinkable, just Okicim’s best offering BeerPrince (1701), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
