Underwhelming flavors. Mild hops. A lot of alcohol taste for a pale lager. Better than a lot of stuff, but that isn’t saying too much. Ubiquibeer (140), Cleveland, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 11/20 | Sep 19, 2004 A sweet, moderately full-bodied lager, with few of the off flavors some Polish beers have. A good thirst quencher on a hot day. Nice little bitter bite at the end.
Not world-class, but nonetheless a quaffable beer. Cornfield (4980), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 14, 2004 Pours a clear golden color with a generous white head and plenty of carbonation. This one’s a favorite at most of the Polish restaurants in this area, probably because it’s a nice light, yet flavorable drink with a heart meal. Good crisp, clean finish. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 24, 2004 Bottle at Cafe Polonia. Pale golden with medium white head. Not much in the aroma, a hint of hops and sweetness. Medium body for the style, on the sweet side, with almost enough hop bitterness to be a pilsener. Better than average for the style, not overly carbonated, but possibly a bit too sweet. Not bad. wildchefbill (244), Sarasota, Florida, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jun 12, 2004 Pours clear gold wirh a huge white head. Aroma of grain and plastic. Flavor is slightly sweet with not much behind it. Not much in the way of hops or bitterness. Alcohol present. Watery overcarbonated mouthfeel. Still better than US macros. thedm (3836), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA

This bottled brew poured a small head of fine white colored mostly diminishing bubbles that left behind a good lacing. The body was softly carbonated transparent and dark yellow colored. It had a weak malt hop aroma and a tingly malt hop mouth feel. The flavor contained notes of mostly hops. It was a good brew and one I consider I could drink for a while an some event. hopscotch (5549), Vero Beach, Florida, USA

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | May 16, 2004 Pale yellow color; a huge, puffy, white head; and a ridiculous amount of carbination. Mmm, just smell those cheap grains they used in this one! Watery. Mostly malt, but a slight bitterness in the background that I’m not sure is intentional. Won’t buy again.
