Commercial Description:

The dark colour and intense taste is due to a unique process of malt fire-burning. A process that requires craftsmanship and precision from the brewer. As a result a beer has been created with a slightly sweet taste at first sip and a nice bitter follow through.

Bottle sampled. Pours mahogany with a decent off-white head. Aroma of caramel, roast, and smoke. The flavor is sweet, caramel, roast, and fruit. I thought it would be worse, not to shabby.

<Beer bought in a polish supermarket, they have a decent beer selection, but the styles are pretty much all the same> Was nice with a darker beer after all the pale brews. Unfortunetly its not one of the better. At first the aroma was decent, toasted bread mainly. Then it turned into cooked vegetables, and a completly dominating brown sugar sweetness. The sweetness follows into the flavor, with the roasted flavors comming through again in the finish. Overall it leaves a dry bitterness...which is kind of nice, but wierd considering the flavor.

Poured a light red brown color and small cream colored head. Malty roasty nose with a nice flavor. Very intense and warming brew. Smoky, earthy, malty, sweet, and bitter. Very interesting brew. Try one if you get the chance.

Bottle. Pours translucent reddish brown, beige head. Caramel malt aroma along with some cabbage smells. Taste is cane sugar, marshmallow, alcohol and slight rust flavor. Creamy, bready mouthfeel. Lightly bitter. Overall a decent polish dark beer, I also had it on tap and it was much cleaner tasting.

50cL can in Sopot. Suprisingly nice beer considering it came from a tallboy can. Nice, full flavour with a dry finish.

500ml bottle-pours a thin tan head and dark brown color with red tint. Aroma is dark malt-chocolate, dark fruit. Taste is medium/dark malt-chocolate/caramel, dark fruit, background hops/wood. Medium body, mild carbonation. Nice.
