Commercial Description:
13.4P
The dark colour and intense taste is due to a unique process of malt fire-burning. A process that requires craftsmanship and precision from the brewer. As a result a beer has been created with a slightly sweet taste at first sip and a nice bitter follow through.

(POLAND) Pours a very dark brown color with a dissipating med-tan head. The aroma is of malts, roaste nuts, and caramel. Taste is of smoked malts, vanilla, and a hint of chocolate. The mouthfeel is mild and smooth with a slightly dry finish.

Bottle. Poured black with thick bubbly tan head that dissipated quickly. Aroma of malt and caramel. Thin flavour, with a bit of malt and a bit of coffee. Flat bittersweet and burnt sugar finish

Bottle- Dark brown pour with an off white tan foam head. Earthy mix with some burnt sweetness. A bitter sweet mild body that is a little week in the malt side. Ok but nothing outstanding.

Bottled. Pours dark muddy brown with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet malts, bread, and toasted bread. Flavor is very malty and sweet with some vanilla/butter. Really good malt body. Perhaps a tinge of vanilla. Overall it is a sweet malty beer that loses some sweetness through the experience.

Bottle - 500ml. Dark brown body with avarege carbonation and a lasting beige foamy head. Well balanced malty/hoppy aroma. Fair but one-dimendioned malty/hoppy taste. Ends with a short bittersweet finish.

Bottle. Head is initially average sized, frothy, light brown, mostly diminishing. Body is dark brown. Aroma is moderately malty (husks, roasted grain, nuts), trace hops (herbs, flowers), hint of metal. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter, husky. Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation. A bit industrial smelling with a somewhat saccharine sweetness and a husky finish.

This bottled brew from Indianapolis, IN poured a medium sized head of finely sized tan colored mostly lasting bubbles that left behind a strongly carbonated transparent dark brown colored body and a good lacing. The aroma was soft with mild brown malt notes. The mouth feel was tingly and crisp from start to finish. The flavor contained notes of mild smoke malt dark malt and mellow hops with a slight diacetyl finish.

This pours a nice clear brown with a small soft tan head. There is a great caramel malt aroma. It has a nice sweet subtle nuttiness in the flavor, possibly with a little vanilla. The mouthfeel is about what you’d expect from a dunkel. It finishes very nicely and leaves a little sweetness on your palate. Overall it’s an enjoyable easy-drinking beer.
