Commercial Description:

The dark colour and intense taste is due to a unique process of malt fire-burning. A process that requires craftsmanship and precision from the brewer. As a result a beer has been created with a slightly sweet taste at first sip and a nice bitter follow through.

Good dark beer with nice finish and surprising deep aroma and colour. Would be 5.0 but it’s a bit to sweet. Try it mixed with regular pilsener 2:1 - perfect then!

16oz Bottle with a dragon in flames. Nice! Pours total black with brown head, lacing is minimal. Roasted hops, pecans, caramel, honey and some other stuff which I can’t point my finger at. Interesting. Fire brewed, smoky and malty. Could use a bit more bitterness otherwise this is an excellent and dare I say underrated dark beer. I’ll come back to this for sure.

"Beer appears to be dark brown and can only be seen through when held up the light, I did a crappy pour and ended up with a four inch high cap that won’t go away and dam is it noisy I can hear it from five feet away. Wow what a freaking awesome aroma I’m completely surprised, coffee and very rich smooth malts a touch of chocolate, the aroma is mild making me smell it harder, this is just pure roasted malt goodness. This brew is tasty very tasty , rich and smooth roasted malts the flavor is sweet but is balanced perfectly with a touch of bitter coffee. So complex with every sip I taste something new, milk chocolate, berries, some metallic qualities, slight dirt. Simply shocked about how good this brew was, dammit to bad it’s a thirteen hour drive away from where I picked this up. This is just so complex, smooth and delicious my marks for this seem so over the top but they are what they are its plain fawking awesome. This is the best product to come out of Poland since the screen door on the submarine."

sweet nutty chocolate on the nose. some fruit as well. dark brown pour with a nice lingering of white head. watery mouthfeel that seems to not match the look of the beer. great malty sweetness on the palate. initial taste is a tad bit smokey with some sweet fruit. not a bad beer.

500ml bottle.
Pours a deep black with sparkly red highlights and an off-white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma of roasted malts and nuts on a fruity bed. I also pick up some coffee and maybe even smoked sausage as it warms. Has a medium body and smooth carbonation. Nice mouth feel. The flavours I’m getting are of sweet roasted malts and prunes with a fruity bitter finish. Roasty aftertaste that gains some chocolate notes after a little warmth. Complex and interesting beer. Will buy this one again.

Found this one bottled at Binny’s Oktoberfest in St. Charles, Illinois. Dark brown, nearly black pour with a foamy tan head. Nose of coffee and charcoal, sweetness of dark chocolate throughout. This was a surprise.

Pours a five finger light tan head that fades slowly leaving some lace. Clear deep mahogany color. Light carbonation and medium-heavy bodied. Toffee/caramel nose. Flavor is sweet toffee, hops are in the background - balancing. Clean finish. Another decent beer from Okocim. $2.37 for a 500ml bottle from Liquid Solutions Oregon City, Or.
