deep brown, kinda sweet, burnt coffee aroma, some chocolate. Great flavour, bittersweet choc, some dried fruit, good malts like this baltic porter.

Bottle. Poured a dark and cloudy brown color with s small sized off white head. Aromas of milk chocolate, light roast, and some vanilla. Tastes of chocolate, roast, and some dark fruits. Had a coca cola to the taste to.

This was a very nice porter, and I was surprised at it being thinner bodied than expected. I would recommend this beer for a nice cold winter evening. Well done.

500ml Bottle: Poured deep cherry brown, one-finger worth of head that soon fell to nothing. The aroma is complex and pleasant featuring lots of chocolate, booze-soaked cherries, black licorice, composting vegetables, and molasses. The flavour really shines, launching as an all-chocolate experience on the first sip before showing all it has to offer. Hints of all the above while adding in figs, dates, vanilla. Wow, adding in a rich body as it warms I have to say this far improves on my expectations. Excellent.

Crisp, clean and thick and chocolate bodied. the third one kiicks you like a pissed off mule. Beware when drinking this one for any wayward gravitational fields will PERMANENTLY stain ANY surface. The pain realy begins when the wife finds the proof on the new rug. I realy like this porter.

500 mL bottle from LCBO. App.: deep brown-red, frothy light mocha head. Aroma: lots of dried fruits (rainsins, dates, prunes), molasses and licorice, milk chocolate and vanilla. Palate: med.-ful body and low-ish carbonation. Flav.: similar to the nose, sweet, alcoholic finish and heavy. A sort of pleasant cloying bitterness persists.

Nice I like! A great porter. Dark chocolate and coffee taste, with a really nice roasty after taste and a hint of sweetness . Gotta get more.

Drank in a stem glass. Nice dark thick poor with a beautifull thick sticky light brown head. Aromas are very smokey, dark chocolate, vanilla, butterscotch, molasses, hazelnuts, raisins, liquorice... WOW great aromas! PERFECT, can i say it again, perfect palate!... great balance, incredible long lasting flavors. Creamy, you can feel the alcohol. There’s a scotch ale twist with a nice mix of a stout and a dopplebock. Added flavors of maple syrup.
