Bottle brown, 500 ml
Appearance: Pours opaque, cloudy to murky, medium body of orangy, intensive, juicy, carrot mixed with a hint of golden apple juice in colour, carbonation of body is rather gentle and coming from natural effervescence. head is white and very dense, deep and frothy, rocky, giving quite good lacing. Body is very nice in colour, reminding of Paulaner, very lively and fruity orange. Head is slowly decreasing to small.
Aroma: Chalky, metallic, wheat coming from under the huge head, apricot, yeasts, mild cream, a hint of toffee and coffee notes. Aromatic hops are very lightly felt in quality quite good, reminding Lublin hops. Quite nice aroma, being the best of small Polish wheat beer market.
Flavour: Smooth body, yeasts, some slight bitterness on palate and nice aromatic hoppy nose, quite medium weizen among world wheat beer, but the best weizen around Polish wheat beer.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is rather wattery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is smooth, slightly aromatic from hops, nice.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Grovlam. Pours a very cloudy golden with a dense, off-white head. Aroma of yeast and unmalted grain. Medium body with a light sweetness, yeast and phenols. No real bitterness. A mediocre Hefe. 140608

Courtesy of Grovlam. Hazy and warm golden with light notes of coriander, yeast, sweetness, wheat and a touch of smoke? The flavour has sweetness, notes of coriander, wheat, banana and citrus. IMO it’s a bit more wit like, not so much a weiss.

50 cL bottle, thanks to Grovlam. Pours hazy orange with a lacing white head. Dry wheaty and yeasty aroma. Flavour is wheaty with a nice caramel malt base. Ends dry and wheaty with a mild lingering caramel malt finish.
