Gravity Cask @ Soton Beer Festival 07. Dry and light with a little chocolate and smoky roast almost like java coffee. Body is slightly thin and doesnt really support the flavours. There is a little drying bitterness in the finish. Not too bad but has more potential to be explored.

Cask Handpump at the Star Inn, Huddersfield 27/01/2007 Large white head. Malt aroma. Mid brown coloured slightly rich on the palate with some alcohol present. A little dryness in a bitter lasting smoked roast finish.

Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham (May 2006). Amber with a short creamy head. Citrus hops, caramel but not too sweet. Let down by the fact that it is very watery.
