Commercial Description:
Cask, Regular;
A light golden real ale for the modern drinker.The addition of 3 cleverly blended strong hops creates a smooth creamy sweet lemon taste on the tongue followed by a buttery smoothness leading to a bitterish hoppy after taste.

Cask gravity at The Swan, Wittersham, Kent. Hazy pale gold with no head. Citrus hop aroma, bit floral. But not that great in the mouth, bit uncultured, not sure what is going on with the malts and I found it quite hard to finish a half.

Cask conditioned at The Guest House, Southport. Pale yellow straw with white head. Quite a flowery, perfumed hop note right from the start, but with a reasonable bitterness the flavours are decent enough. Thin, lightly roasted malts, some biscuit notes. Reasonable.

Cask-conditioned at the Three Guineas, Reading 29/5/08. Pale, slightly cloudy gold with a decent white head. Floral hop aroma with a touch of sweetness. Flavour was also dominated by astringent citrus hops and a hint of sweetcorn. Odd.

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Gold with a small white head. Hoppy aroma, perhaps slightly citric. A little sourness in the taste and not much else before a faint bitter finish. Rather dull golden.

Cask at the Brewery Arms, Keighley, West Yorks, 20-05-06. Golden beer that has nice citrusy and refreshing taste, pleasantly hoppy and a nice lingering bitterness make this a very decent beer.
