Apr 29, 2007 on tap clear beight deep orange. c small off white hed. spotty lacing. Light woody malt arome with a hint of jop bittnerness. Flavor is woody and tanninish some bittnerness but not mush flavor.

Feb 17, 2006 This was a really great little brew. There was not much of an aroma, but I think that is the case with alot of their beers, they serve them way too cold coming out of the tap. Malty and very dry on the palate and has that traditional true to style crisp bitterness in the finish. Tasty.

Jan 17, 2005 On tap at the Old Market. Another good brew from this place, pours a amber/copper with a medium white head. Lightly hopped floral and fruity. Aroma was a bit faint, but the flavor helped it out a bit. Kinda earthy malts up front, with a medium bitter finish.
