Feb 14, 2008 Appearance: Lightly hazy, golden body with a small, fizzy, white head.
Smell: Very sharp banana and clove aroma. Goodness gracious, me.
Taste: Sweetish wheat flavor with more bananas, more cloves, and a little hint of citrus. Not much in the way of bitterness or hop character.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: I’d have preferred a more subtler banana and clove ester character, but that’s just me.
