Aroma is average malt (caramel, meal), heavy hops (flowers, perfume, fruit), average yeast (sweat, soap) with notes of honey and peach. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation and a bitter finish. Light sweetness, moderate bitterness and acidity; hoppy citrus flavor. Aurelius (2654), Tallahassee, Florida, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 3, 2007 Floral, citrus, malty aroma. Bright orangey-gold, filmy white head almost looks like nitro. Not much acid bite, but bitter enough. Lightly carbonated. This won’t spin any hophead’s socks, it’s more in a PA vein. Lightly sweet, moderate citrus, west coast hops build over the session. Medium to almost medium-light body. Finishes out with some slightly over-brewed hops. mhelgason (495), Charlotte, North Carolina, USA

It had a hoppiness which was to be expected, but it had a slight metalic flavor. The strange thing is that I actually liked this beer. Finish was very mild JonnyC22 (164), Huntsville, Alabama, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Sep 23, 2006 Crazy weird metallic taste which is surprisingly...good. Real hoppy, good look, some good laces for an IPA. Can’t rank it with the Sweetwater, but definitely the first one to try at the Ale House. shrubber85 (2995), Wallhalben, Germany
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 24, 2006 Tap. Nice cherry and hops aroma. Medium amber color with long lasting head. Slight sweet berry and moderate hops flavor - very nicely blended. A very good IPA - hops not overwhelming. RateandPillage (417), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 23, 2006 Sampled from a growler courtesy of kp: Pours a clear pale bronze with a thin-lacing white head. Fresh dry grassy piney hop aroma has a soft touch of caramel. Starts with a dry earthy bittering hoppiness and a thinner, bittersweet finish. Lots of hops, but could use more malty balance. goldtwins (4084), Nesconset, New York, USA
