Commercial Description:
IPA, was first brewed by the English for their colonies in India. Our copper-colored version is malty and aggressively hopped. The final hop addition occurs after fermentation. This process is called dry hopping and produces a fragrant floral aroma

This was the stand out for me. Well balance, easy drinking brew. Good copper color. Lightly sweet aroma with a bit of hoppyness mixed in (orangish), crisp smelling. Sweet malt, well blended with citrus/pine hops. Flavorful. Body was crisp and medium.

Draft at Music City Brewer’s Fest. Amber color with an off-white head. Lots of hop smells in this one with orange and grape fruit standing out. The flavor followed the same with an orange/grapefruit citrus the big hits. Light to medium body and an almost creamy feel. I really enjoyed this IPA at the fest.

An orange beer with sticky sides. Nice floral aroma. I get a cross between a citric and grassy character ... a good bitter beer.

Clear amber with a good head that eventually fades, but clings to the edges of the glass. Good hop aroma is peachy and prine. Really more in the APA range, but this is a great, easy-drinking hop-head beer.

Poured light amber with a thick white head. Has a citrusy, fruity, hoppy aroma. Finishes bitter. A nice beer.

Pretty decent IPA. Deep amber/copper color with hops in the aroma. Decent head. Nice hops in the taste. Probably the only good thing about Auburn, AL.

Pretty Good IPA. Floral, citrusy hops dominate the nose. A bit of caramel sweetness, but a disappointing finish.
