Commercial Description:
IPA, was first brewed by the English for their colonies in India. Our copper-colored version is malty and aggressively hopped. The final hop addition occurs after fermentation. This process is called dry hopping and produces a fragrant floral aroma

Sampled from a growler courtesy of kp: Pours a clear pale bronze with a thin-lacing white head. Fresh dry grassy piney hop aroma has a soft touch of caramel. Starts with a dry earthy bittering hoppiness and a thinner, bittersweet finish. Lots of hops, but could use more malty balance.

An orange beer with sticky sides. Nice floral aroma. I get a cross between a citric and grassy character ... a good bitter beer.

Draught. Pours copper with a small frothy white head, somewhat diminishing, good lacing. Aroma is average malt (caramel, meal), heavy hops (flowers, perfume, fruit), average yeast (sweat, soap) with notes of honey and peach. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation and a bitter finish. Light sweetness, moderate bitterness and acidity; hoppy citrus flavor.

Tap. Nice cherry and hops aroma. Medium amber color with long lasting head. Slight sweet berry and moderate hops flavor - very nicely blended. A very good IPA - hops not overwhelming.

Brought to Tampa by brewer Jeremy, thanks buddy. The pour creates mildly hazy deep gold body with a copper core and white head of foam. The aroma has an earthy hoppiness that I could identify first then I get a mix of floral hops, pine hops and a sense of citrus. I get a hint of sweet malt too in the background. The taste begins feeling a bit thin starting with notes of sweet malt followed quickly by citrus grapefruit, tangelo, pine bitterness, mild spice and some hints of floral hops. It ends nice too with a full combination of hops taking the experience into the after taste.

Pretty Good IPA. Floral, citrusy hops dominate the nose. A bit of caramel sweetness, but a disappointing finish.
