Commercial Description:
IPA, was first brewed by the English for their colonies in India. Our copper-colored version is malty and aggressively hopped. The final hop addition occurs after fermentation. This process is called dry hopping and produces a fragrant floral aroma

An orange beer with sticky sides. Nice floral aroma. I get a cross between a citric and grassy character ... a good bitter beer.

Tap. Nice cherry and hops aroma. Medium amber color with long lasting head. Slight sweet berry and moderate hops flavor - very nicely blended. A very good IPA - hops not overwhelming.

Appearance: Hazy, dark copper body with a small, off-white head. Smell: Gentle aroma of light caramel and citrus hops. Taste: Light caramel flavor with a vague, mild sweetness. Nice burst of earthy, citrusy hop flavor along with a gentle bitterness. Mild finish, in fact before I started typing up my notes I was recalling this as a pale ale. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Drinkability: Not bad at all! It definitely paired well with the shrimp & grits.

Crazy weird metallic taste which is surprisingly...good. Real hoppy, good look, some good laces for an IPA. Can’t rank it with the Sweetwater, but definitely the first one to try at the Ale House.

Growler, courtesy the brewer. Pours a hazy tea color, with a thick white head and fair amount of creamy lacing. Subdued pine nose, and wispy vanilla. Slight citrus, but distant. Flavor is nice and malty, with grainy wheat, smooth chocolate, subtle bitter finish. Body is crisp but bitter, drinkable. Enjoyed it.

Pretty decent IPA. Deep amber/copper color with hops in the aroma. Decent head. Nice hops in the taste. Probably the only good thing about Auburn, AL.

Pretty Good IPA. Floral, citrusy hops dominate the nose. A bit of caramel sweetness, but a disappointing finish.

Clear amber with a good head that eventually fades, but clings to the edges of the glass. Good hop aroma is peachy and prine. Really more in the APA range, but this is a great, easy-drinking hop-head beer.
