Crawdad Red Ale is a deep Ruby Red. It has a slight sweetness paired with a very nice hoppy spice. Crawdad Red Ale is a perfect choice for those of you who wish to have a very smooth brew to accompany your meal or just to wet the whistle.

Draught. Clear golden orange with thin whitish head, quickly dissipating. The aroma is bready malt and must. The flavor has some malt sweetness, but mostly wood and grassy hops, with some soapy notes. The finish is musty and dry. Not awful, but not terribly interesting.

Bright Copper, decent head. Malty, peppery aroma. Crisp earthy, woodsy hop flavor. Decent musty, dirty finish but slightly watery. Good session beer.

Draft sampler at the brewery. Nice easy going beer. This is a beer I could drink all night. Had a slight malt tatse to it.

Not much on aroma. Watery, weak, no hop presence. Brewed for the Killian’s Red crowd. Disappointing. :(
