Commercial Description:
Our Cream Stout is smoother and not quite as hopped as our Imperial Stout. Using Nitrogen instead of CO2 gives this stout its unique creamy head.

Great head and foam retention. Not bitter enough, little watery. Nice and dry, has coffee overtones, and is in general the right idea. Would just like a little more body to it.
