On tap at Union Jack’s. Clear ruby red color with a smooth whitish head. Aroma is faint but some pit fruits and toasted malt sweetness find their way in. Taste is fruity, sweet caramel, bready, and light spices.

Draught at Union Jack’s, Knoxville. Pours cloudy rust color with slick beige head. The aroma is quite spicy with yeasty bread, some lemony fruitiness, and some candyish sweetness. The flavor is yeasty fruitiness, some doughy wheat flavors, and a sort of chalky, burnt sugar sweetness. The finish is a bit leafy with a strange parsley note. Dry aftertaste. Ok, I guess.

On Tap, Union Jacks, Knoxville. Reddish coppery red, with a thin beige head. Spicy, rye bread toast aroma. Nice rich palate. Flavor is also spicy, with more rye, but also quite a bi of fruity notes, as well. Tasty and easy to drink.
