Commercial Description:
A slightly sweet rich malt note reminiscent of sweet biscuits accompanied by a pleasant hop bitterness may fool you into thinking this is a wimpy beer, but be warned this beer is 6% alc/vol.

Pour is a clear but dark yellow with a thin white cover. Aroma is thinly fruity, with some sweet malt and a small black pepper behind that. The taste is light pears and apples, sweet cereal again with a light peppery bitterness. Much more quaffable than most Heller Bock’s I’ve had.
