On Draft, SunSpot Resturaunt, Knoxville. Dark Gold, Big Frothy white head. Really nice caramel, spicy/peppery aroma. Flavor is malty sweet, with caramel / toffee up front. The hoppy portion comes in to play later - piney, with notes of fresh black pepper, too. assertive, bitter finish, but clean. The leaner palate works well with this flavor profile. Nice beer, I ended up drinking several.
