Olde Hickory Hoppy Daze

Draft at Union Jack’s Knoxville. Deep amber color with a creamy head. Clean floral aroma. This starts with a nice bitter hop note which is fully backed by a rich maltiness. Very well balanced and very satisfying IPA. Good mouthfeel and finish.

Clear copper, no head. Woodsy, earthy aroma. First flavor is hoppy, as one might expect. Dirty, piney undertones and a hint of citrus flavors are present as well. Sight medicinal notes at the finish. Fairly dry aftertaste. Enjoyable brew.
