Nov 27, 2004 Golden with a very thin head. Juicy sweet aroma. Hollow flavors of weak malts and more sweetness. Not much else going on here.

Oct 28, 2004 Pale golden colour with a thinnish frothy white head. Aroma of cardboard, pale malt, caster sugar and a bit of an unfinished wortiness. Light-bodied; Pale malt flavour with no signs of caramel at all. Some sweet flavours roaming, but full of caster sugar and a slight fruityness. Aftertaste shows some english hops, but not much at all. Overall, a lacking beer in almost all dimensions...nothing really going on at all. I sampled this pint on draught at Barley’s in Knoxville, Tennessee on 03-October-2004.

Jul 18, 2004 Reddish Brown, thin white head. Appley aroma, with hints of flowers. Spicy, full rich flavor, with a slightly peppery finish. Kind of a "fat" mouthfeel.
