lithy (1600), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Jan 26, 2009 On tap at Union Jack’s. Clear yellow, light thin whispy white head. Aroma is faint light malts, an apple like sweetness. Taste is much the same, slightly sweet cereal, and a crisp finish. decaturstevo (1971), decatur, Tennessee, USA Oct 13, 2008 A golden pour with bubbly white head and lace that go rather quickly. Aroma of corn and some malt. A nice semi sweet malt and corn mix followed by a pretty decent bitter finish. A really clean and pleasant drinker. freekyp (900), Thomasville, North Carolina, USA Sep 13, 2008 Nice grassy hop aroma with light straw malt tones. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow with appropriate effervecence. Strong sticky lacing. True to style and well crafted, but unassuming. NachlamSie (1630), Tennessee, USA Feb 17, 2008 draught. Pours really light, apparently filtered, with good head retention. The nose is quite corny, husky, though mild overall. The flavor is made up of wood, earth, sweetness, and not much dryness or bite. Not my favorite pils. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Updated: Apr 21, 2009

jcwattsrugger (5223), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Apr 2, 2007 on tap-pours a white head and straw color. Aroma is slight sweet grain. Taste is slight sweet grain, mild hops bite. OK effervescence. tronraner (1905), Maryville, Tennessee, USA Jan 22, 2007 Draught. Pours a very very light clear yellow with persistant white head. The aroma is kind of sweet with hay, some honey, and baking soda. The flavor has quite a bit of grassy hops (being a Pilsener, I assume Saaz). There are also some sweet dark honey type notes throughout, mostly in the finish. This is a passable Pilsener; it’s better than I had expected. 19641948 (492), Greensboro, North Carolina, USA Sep 16, 2006 From notes 5/17/03:
Straw yellow color. Clear. Bright white fluffy head. Laced exceptionally well with each and every sip marked on the glass. Grainy aromas, almost husky. The taste also was grainy, with some grassiness. A mild hop bite at the end of the taste typical of the pilsner. Nothing skunky or nasty with either the aroma or taste. Nice. A crisp. clean, refreshing beer. The "lightest" offering according to the OHB.
