on tap-pours a white head and straw color. Aroma is slight sweet grain. Taste is slight sweet grain, mild hops bite. OK effervescence.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden color with white head that laced the glass. Nice (saaz?) hop aroma and flavor with cereal grain malt in the background. Light and crisp with a dry, slightly bitter finish.

Clear Golden yellow, thin but persistant head. Floral, resiny hop aroma. Crisp, hoppy flavor up front, but a mildly stale taste at the finish. Overall, nicely done, but I wish it finished crisper.

Clear yellow, a bit darker than the light, but with the same sudsy head. The aroma is faint and the flavor lacks the hop aroma and much of the flavor of some of the better pils I’ve had this trip. Drinkable, but I’d take the light over this I think.

GABF 2002: Light coffeeish aroma?! Pale straw color. Strong coffeeish bitter finish, not much else.

A golden pour with bubbly white head and lace that go rather quickly. Aroma of corn and some malt. A nice semi sweet malt and corn mix followed by a pretty decent bitter finish. A really clean and pleasant drinker.

Draught. Pours a very very light clear yellow with persistant white head. The aroma is kind of sweet with hay, some honey, and baking soda. The flavor has quite a bit of grassy hops (being a Pilsener, I assume Saaz). There are also some sweet dark honey type notes throughout, mostly in the finish. This is a passable Pilsener; it’s better than I had expected.
