Aroma of toasted malts, crisp lager yeast, honey and light notes of chocolate. Flavor is rich and sweet, with light toasted malt sweetness, some hints of caramel and a clean, crisp lager finish, which didnt water down. The texture is smooth, bordering on creamy. Medium body, moderate carbonation. One of the better beers I tried while down in Knoxville and it’s impressive to see this style (sort of a Vienna/American Dark hybrid) being produced fairly well down here.
