Jul 6, 2006 Draught at the brewpub. Clear golden color with thin white head that laced the glass. Light, fruity, spicy nose and flavor. Orange and coriander I think, probably a witbier. Very refreshing.

Jul 18, 2006 Clear pale gols with a sudsy white head. the aroma is full of orange peel and a backing note of coriander. Almost a little peachy. The body is very light with soft carbonation. Really pretty pleasing with the orange peach coriander fruit lingering into the flavor.

Jun 8, 2008 Sampled at the Blues and Brews festival. Pours a clear golden red with a wheaty, sweet, orange, lemongrass, banana. Tastes citrusy, orange, wheaty, light spice, banana. Not very carbonated in the mouth and finishes with banana. Don’t believe this one should have been filtered.

May 28, 2009 Draught at Union Jack’s. Pours straw yellow with small white head. The aroma is very perfumy and herbal with some lemon zest, bubblegum, and wheat. The flavor is gummy wheat, some lemon, and a few berry notes. There are some haylike hops in there, but mostly a yeast and wheat spiciness. Decent enough for what it is.

Sep 30, 2006 Draft at Charlotte Oktoberfest 2006. Pours out a yellowish color without much of a head. Smell is sweet, fruity, some sour lemoness and orange. Taste is smooth and refreshing, very lively body. Not a bad beer but I wasnt expecting a witbier. Decent.

Jun 16, 2006 Hazy Yellow, with a thin white head. Fruity, grainy aroma. sweet, grapey, maybe even a little winey flavor. some toasty malts, too. Mitigated slightly by a slight staleness in the finish. Tap at Union Jacks, Knoxville.
