The nose is decent, sweet, some grapefruit peel. Flavor tastes like its old. Perhaps an old keg made it to the festival, not sure. Lightly bitter, earthy, feels like its english. Decent mouthfeel. dolemite77 (184), Maryville, Tennessee, USA

Pours crystal clear light copper with mildly frothy tan head and some cobweb lacing. Nice malty aroma with layers of bread and butter, light roasted malts and some vague hoppiness. The taste is just as malty as the nose with up front roasty caramel and crystal malts. It quickly moves into the butterscotch and buttered bread arena as pine and citrus hop bitterness well up and make a solid appearance. Very tasty. desurfer (1067), Pinellas Park, Florida, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 6, 2008 Mini-keg from Degarth. This beer is a bit dry with some tart and sweetness; carbonation is biting and there’s a bit of sourness in the finish. Aroma has a touch of honey. Not bad, but rather bland. gunhaver (1025), Tampa, Florida, USA

Pours a copper color, with a watery white head and lots of lacing. Caramel maltiness in the aroma, with some distant fruit esters. Acidic maltiness in the flavor, with some slight caramel and toffee. Sharp, biting acidity limits the drinkability. If not for that, would would be a great sessioner. fishingnet (1045), Brandon, Florida, USA

Pours a clear copper with a large off-white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of floral and earthy hops with notes of biscuits, sweet malt, and caramel. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a moderate amount of bitterness. Very good. Tmoney99 (4749), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA
