Jan 20, 2009 Clear red amber color, thin whitish head with some spotty lacing. Aroma is slight caramel with that metallic peperryness of something like Anchor Steam. Good spicy hop aroma. Taste is a good caramel body with a crisp bitterness and lasting spicy, grassy hoppiness.

Oct 25, 2008 Coppery Orange, Cloud like white head. Caramelly, peppery aroma, with a touch of hoppy bitterness, as well. Clean and crisp. Fairly malty up front, then peppery and grassy in the finish. Some sweet notes throughout.
