Best I have had from Gluek/Cold Spring. Sweet nutty malt then a slight acidic finish. Not at all horrible. Could drink a few. Color is copper with a good head and lacing. This was on tap so that could make all the difference.

@ Arborfest 2008, in can. Malty, slight floral aroma. Translucent and amber. Bright on the tongue. Good English pub ale. Hard for me to describe the taste.

Oh yeah, big 16 oz. can. Dark copper body with a light, slightly khaki head. The aroma is musty old bathroom towels with some caramel. The taste has some strange notes of abc gum along with some ashtray. There is also little bit of caramel behind that nastiness. The finish is coppery and sticks around. Very light body with soft carbonation.

Served via 16-oz can during the Winterfest 2008 in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. Pours a clear amber brew with a fast dissolving white head that quickly dissipates clean. Aroma of corn grits, some citrus zest and some moist paper. Taste is light to medium bodied, light carbonated with flavors of corn grits, some light multi-grain character with green vegetables and citrus. Finish is slightly gritty, watery with some malt aftertaste that quickly disappears.

Supposedly an amber marzen beer. Lots of corn and grain on the nose and similar body. ABR 2007.
