Needs a bit of balance and smoothness.

Pours a hazy golden-orange with tiny sediment and an average size diminishing frothy off-white head. Aroma: Smells alright, kind of sweet, with honey, a good amount of hops, caramel malt and some fruit. Flavour of caramel malt, light resiny hops and fruit. Not loving the bitter finish for some reason. Just good, not great. HogTownHarry (4025), Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 12, 2009 Bottle (22oz). Shared with blankboy and garthicus, via trade with Immy. Hazy orange, average off-white frothy head. Dry floral-resin bitteness, light leafy sweet malt. Taste is initially light, the edge may have worn off the hops, but there’s a nice leafy/fruity sweet body, and an increasing dry resin bitterness - almost Goldings-acidic. Slightly thick body, very astringent, long bitter aftertaste. A little past it - but still pleasant. garthicus (1309), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
