| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 1, 2007 From the bomber, this poured with a reddish amber hue and a very macro-looking airy white head. The aroma is citric, but in an odd earthy way. The flavors are bit odd as well ... the first hit is a sweet citrusy thing, but then it’s followed with a bit of a bready malt, and then finishes with an almost coffee bitterness. It’s an odd mix, but somehow it comes across pretty well. (#2768, 4/1/2007) TheBeerGod (3167), Newport News, Virginia, USA
