| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 24, 2004 Bottle - aroma was malty but with German, spicy hops. Cloudy, dirty gold with a white, white head. Very nice flavor! Malty sweet with just a hint of the spicy hop in the finish. Soft on the palate, maybe a touch of fizz. Underrated. dirtymike (2018), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA

| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 13/20 | Jun 15, 2004 This one is not bad. Pours a deep amber color with a nice fullfy head that fades into a nice ring of foam that seems to stay present. The nose is malty and has some light fruity aromas. The taste is like that of a toasted breakfast cereal, with some jammy toasty aftertastes that linger on the palate. This has a great malt character with some nice sweetness, great aftertaste, and super easy to drink. envane (251), Evanston, Illinois, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | May 14, 2004 Light amber colour. Bready aroma. Taste was caramelish malts, a little oxidized. Light hops. A little watery. If you look up "average" in a dictionary, you would see a picture of this beer.
