On tap. Medium amber color, moderate off white head. Decent balance but everything comes off a bit lighter than preferred. Light bitterness is offset by some lighter bready malts. Not quite medium bodied. Not bad.

Appearance: Clear amber with medium light , white top.
Nose :pleasant citric-bitter aroma , lemon grass , grape and grassy meadow hops. Light sweet base . Refreshing.
Flavor/Palate : Medium bodied , some sticky texture. Light woody , twig like with soft bitter hints. Side and top was citric bitter nature. Overall smooth , gentle , clean bitter hopping. Late toffee-cookie malts.14+/20

Mar 26, 2008 On tap at the Olde Stone. Not too bad of an attempt at an English Bitter. Nose was rich in hops and barley. I knew what to expect next. A nice rush of bitter hops attacked the palate with a prominent taste in barley and bread. Not too bad of a brew.
